Genres: Steamy Contemporary Romance Author of: Can’t Shake You, Fly, Fight Website | Facebook | Twitter | Amazon Do you have any upcoming releases in what’s left of 2016?
Yes! I actually have two, possibly three, releases coming up yet this year. At the end of November, I’ll release the first book in a new series, set in Vegas. The second is a short story for a charity anthology that comes out in December. This hero played a pretty big role in my Velocity books, Fly and Fight, so I’m excited to share his story with readers. But…..I haven’t told many people about either of these releases up until now, so this group now has privileged information! Yay you! :) Have your family ever read any of your work? What do they think about it? Yep! My mom has read all of my books and her response has been great. Half the time she demands more books and the other half she spends shaking her head at me while she smirks. I love it. My aunts have also read, my mother-in-law, my sister… :) They all think I’m a big perv and they’re not wrong. In all seriousness, my family is crazy supportive. I’ve been really lucky. What’s the best reaction you’ve ever received over one of your books? Best reaction is hands down that I made someone cry. No, I’m not out to be mean or anything. I just love that my characters can evoke that kind of emotion in others. Honestly, my characters make ME cry all the time, so it’s kind of nice to know that I’m not the only one. Who are your must-read/one-click authors? Lexi Ryan, Corinne Michaels, Jill Shalvis, & Lauren Blakely...for the short list. Are any of your heroes based on real men in your life? To a certain degree, yes. All of my heroes have a little bit of my husband in them, but for the most part...I live vicariously through my heroines. Boyfriends with big, tatted arms? YUM! Ass kicking, possessive attitudes? OMG...dead. I absolutely write my heroes based on my own selfish desires. I don’t think anyone minds! Do you have any funny quirks or stories you would like to tell us about? I’m completely amused by the amount of people in my hometown (and surrounding communities) that harass my husband about my books. Even the men in town say things to him about how lucky he must be if our life is anything like what I write. Some of his friends call him Fabio, too! It’s freaking hilarious! Molly is also a pen name, but some locals have started calling me Molly instead of my real name. LOL They’ve embraced my writing career, for sure. Whether they’re laughing AT me or WITH me, I’m not sure. Does it really matter, though? I’m happy! What is your favourite writing snack? I’m more of a drinker than a snacker when I write. Fountain soda is the best, preferably Mountain Dew or Diet Coke. Cowboys, fighters, mafia men, billionaires, or soldiers? How about a billionaire cowboy who used to be a Marine...but now runs a well off ranch and volunteers time with the local fire department? For those who are new to your work, which book would you recommend starting with? Start with Can’t Shake You, for sure! It’s FREE! It’s also very representative of me, as an author. I love to write real people. I love to write bantering between the hero and heroine, too. Just...yeah. CSY is me to a T. And Josh. Mmm. So yummy. *happy sigh*
